How are you feeling?

Sometimes, I get stuck circling around negative thoughts and it's tough to overcome them. This is why I practice mindfulness. By being present and slowing down, I allow clarity to enter and clear my mind.

Breathe in for 4 seconds. Hold for 6 seconds. Exhale for 8 seconds.

When imposter syndrome creeps up, remind yourself growth is uncomfortable at first! You'll be alright! Better yet you'll stronger after this.
When in doubt, do it. The only way to resolve uncertainty is by doing. Overthinking doesn't give you any answers, taking action does. Go ahead and find out!
Don't prove them wrong. You don't need others' approval to do what's right for you! External validation doesn't last, do things to surprise yourself and past expectations. No one cares for your growth more than you. Prove it to yourself.
